SPECIAL EVENTS & PRIVATE PARTIES
We've designed Family-Style Menus especially for large casual groups, starting at $50 (dinner) $30 (lunch) per person with a minimum of 12 Guests. Served family-style on sharing platters, our menus include our top-rated dishes. Or, with a minimum of 48 hours notice, we'd be happy to help you design a custom family-style menu ($70 per person) for your special dinner. CHEF NUIT’S SECRET MENU
Can’t decide? Leave it up to Chef Nuit. She will create a menu suited just for you. Wait and see as dishes on and off the menu appear at your table. Starting at $70 per person, this is truly an experience unlike any other.
Your private dining reservation includes your choice of required family-style menu. There is a non-refundable $150 deposit and a required minimum spend (before gratuity and tax).
If you are a group less than 14 and still want privacy of the private dining room to yourselves, you will be charged a flat rate room fee depending on the date and time of your event. It will range from $250 to $500. This room fee is waived if you decide to share the private dining room with other guests.
Our private Dining Room seats 24 comfortably on one long communal table. We can however squeeze 28 guests in the private dining room but it would require separating the table into 2 smaller tables. For parties larger than 28 we will require a possible buy out of the Bebop Dining room as well. If this is the case, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will answer all your questions.
An initial deposit of $150 is required to book the private dining room. This payment can be made by credit card or cash. This is a non-refundable deposit and will go towards your bill at the end event.
Please note that all dishes will be prepared at a mild/medium spice. For those who like it spicy, please ask your server if you require some of our in house chili oil on the side.
If you or any of your guests have dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate him/her by providing or suggesting alternative dishes
PARTY SIZE ALTERATIONS
You must give us 24 hours notice if guests drop out. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for their seats.
Our entire restaurant is available for private buyouts for a $6,000 to $40,000 minimum spend, depending on the season and timing. WHAT IS FAMILY-STYLE DINING?
Imagine sitting around a large family table where large platters of papaya salad and Green Curry served in coconuts are placed and everyone serves themselves. No one ever goes home hungry. Plus, it’s lots of fun and everyone gets to enjoy the same dishes.
DO WE HAVE TO CHOOSE A SHARING MENU?
In order to entertain large groups quickly and impeccably, we require that reservations for Large Groups of 12 or more select a Family Style Sharing Menu. If you are a party less than 12 but still want to do a sharing menu, please discuss this with our Reservation Coordinator.
WHAT ARE MY MENU PRICE OPTIONS?
The price per person ranges from $45 to $70 for lunch or dinner. For children under age 12 there is a discounted rate of $20, or they can order from the menu a la carte.
Additional a la carte items may be ordered during your event, but will be charged separately.
ARE BEVERAGES INCLUDED?
All beverages are charged per drink ordered – alcoholic and non-alcoholic. To help you manage costs, we can customize a drink menu for you. For a cost breakdown/estimate

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN WINE?
Corkage: In accordance with liquor licensing regulations we do not have a permit that allows guests to bring in their own wine or alcohol.
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CAKE?
Absolutely! You can bring in a celebratory cake or desserts. We’ll be happy to store it, add
candles and present it at the right time. The plating service fee is $1 per guest.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?
For your convenience a 20% gratuity (based on the food and beverage costs) pretax will be added to your bill. At your discretion, you may increase the amount of the automatic gratuity to any amount you prefer. All amounts are subject to gratuity and/or applicable government taxes.
Also, a 1% Admin Fee will be added to your bill.
WHY IS THERE AN ADMINISTRATION FEE?
For private dining reservations, an administration fee of 1% of the entire bill (pre-tax) will be charged to the host of the event and added to his/her bill. This additional fee is not a gratuity and is applied to cover the expenses associated with the planning and administration of your event.
For groups larger than 16 people we have a “one bill - one payment method” policy. If requested before your event date, we can keep your bills separate however if your party becomes a mingling event where your guests are playing musical chairs and keeping track of separate bills becomes difficult, we then must resort back to our one bill policiy.
