At PAI, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all our guests. We strive to ensure our website is accessible and to provide and enjoyable and seamless experience for all individuals.
We want to be transparent about the physical accessibility of our locations:
Downtown Location (18 Duncan St): Unfortunately, our Downtown location is not wheelchair accessible. The space is situated on the basement level of a designated heritage building, with access only via a staircase. We understand how important physical accessibility is and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Uptown Location (2335 Yonge St): Our Uptown location is wheelchair accessible. It can be accessed by elevator to the 2nd floor, and a wheelchair-accessible washroom is available for guests' convenience.
Kitchen Hub Locations: Our Kitchen Hub pick-up locations are wheelchair accessible. However, please note that at our Castlefield Kitchen Hub location, the seating area is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. While pick-up remains accessible at the Castlefield location, dine-in is not.
We know that accessibility is a key part of hospitality, and while we are limited in the structural changes we can make to some of our venues, we are committed to improving transparency and communication so guests can make informed decisions and plan their visits with confidence.
If you experience any difficulty viewing or navigating our website, or if you notice any content, feature, or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible to people with disabilities, please contact us at 416-901-4724 or email us at downtown@paitoronto.com with "Accessibility Inquiry” in the subject line. Please provide a description of the specific feature you feel is not fully accessible or a suggestion for improvement. We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all of our guests and our overall accessibility policies. Additionally, while we do not control such vendors, we strongly encourage vendors of third-party digital content to provide content that is accessible and user-friendly.
