We’ve curated a 2-DAY event to show you every side of the holiday—from a vibrant artisan market to a festive beer garden. It’s all about connecting people through food, play, and fun while sharing the beauty of Thai culture.

DAY 1: PAI UPTOWN — Market & Vendors
Saturday, April 11 | 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Start the holiday with a fun-filled pop-up Thai market featuring street food specials, games, photo booth, and unique local vendors!

Shop for vintage clothing, ceramics, jewellery, crafts, and more. Treat yourself to a relaxing Thai massage, participate in the traditional water blessing ritual, and taste Chef Nuit’s exclusive off-men Songkran dishes—including the colourful Kanom Jeen Se Pak(4-region noodles), Sour Laab Salad, Grilled Pork Jowl, and more. Take part in our Ring Toss and Plinko games for your chance to win great prizes.

DAY 2: THAI TAVERN — Food Market & Beer Garden
Sunday, April 12 | 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The celebration continues with a full-day beer garden experience! We’re bringing the street food vibes to our sister bar, Thai Tavern, with brewery booths, a special Singha promotion, games, photo booth, and karaoke.

Feast on iconic street food favourites like our Crispy Chicken Wontons, Thai Fried Chicken, Issan Sausage, Deep-Fried Bananas, and more. Try your luck at our claw machines for your chance to win some cute plushies and great prizes from our sponsors. Belt out your favourite tunes in one of our karaoke rooms.

FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHTS

For a Good Cause: To continue their tradition of giving back to Chef Nuit's Thai community, all net proceeds made from the Songkran Market food station sales + 100% proceeds from the games and vendors fees will go towards supporting underprivileged students in her hometown in Northern Thailand to help sponsor new school supplies and educational resources.
